For owners who want a thought partner without a six-month contract. You buy a block of hours. We spend them on whatever the practice needs this month: a hiring decision, a workflow that keeps breaking, a policy you’ve been avoiding, a conversation you’re dreading, a spreadsheet that doesn’t add up.
No curriculum. No “phase one.” Just the problem in front of you and someone who’s solved it before.
How it works
- Pick a block: 3 hours ($600), 5 hours ($1,000), or 10 hours ($2,000) a month.
- Billed monthly in advance. Three-month minimum, then month to month.
- Use the hours as calls, working sessions, or document review. Your call, scheduled through my calendar.
- Unused hours roll into the following month, then expire. Nobody banks a year.
- Quick questions by email between sessions are free. Anything that needs real thinking goes on the clock.
Who it’s for
- Owners who had a consultant once and miss having one on call
- Practices that aren’t ready for Fractional CEO support but are past “figure it out alone”
- Anyone coming out of a Scan or a retreat with a list and no one to work it with
Who it isn’t for
If you need someone to own outcomes, run your team, and report to you monthly, that’s Fractional CEO work, and it’s priced for that. If you need a website or a referral campaign, those are scoped separately; hours don’t cover builds.
The rate
All blocks are $200 an hour. The three-hour block exists so you can have me on call without committing to more than you’ll use.
