THE ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH INTENSIVE
Build a practice that feels stable on the inside—
not just impressive on the outside.
.
If you run a group practice, you already know this truth:
The clinical work isn’t the hardest part.
Holding the organization together is.
THERE IS HOPE
WHEN RUNNING THE PRACTICE FEELS HEAVIER THAN THE WORK ITSELF
Maybe your practice has grown quickly.
Maybe it’s multidisciplinary.
Maybe it spans multiple locations, service lines, or levels of experience.
And maybe—quietly—you’re feeling the weight of it.
-
You’re constantly putting out fires
-
You’re translating between clinicians, admin, and leadership
-
Communication feels fragmented
-
Decisions don’t always stick
-
Turnover feels destabilizing
-
Burnout shows up in subtle (and not-so-subtle) ways
-
You spend more time reacting than leading
Â
And underneath it all, there’s a persistent feeling that something isn’t structurally sound—even though everyone is trying their best.
That’s not a personal failure.
That’s an organizational health issue.
And organizational health can be rebuilt.

WHAT THIS WORK IS REALLY ABOUT
Â
The Organizational Health Intensive™ is a 6-month, high-touch consulting engagement designed specifically for group mental health practices that are doing meaningful work—but feeling strain behind the scenes.
This isn’t about fixing people.
It’s about fixing systems, structure, and clarity so people can actually thrive.
It’s grounded in the organizational health principles of The Advantage (Patrick Lencioni), adapted for the real-world complexity of therapy, psychiatry, and testing practices.

WHAT WE DO TOGETHER
PHASE 1
ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH SCAN
We start with a full diagnostic—surveys, interviews, document review, and pattern analysis—so we understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface.
Outcome: A clear Organizational Health Heatmap that identifies strengths, friction points, and risks.
PHASE 2
LEADERSHIP COHESION LAB
A half-day facilitated retreat with your leadership team to:
-
Align expectations
-
Clean up decision-making
-
Reduce triangulation
-
Establish shared leadership commitments
Outcome: Leadership Cohesion Pact + clarified decision lanes.
PHASE 3
CLARITY COHESION SPRINT
We define and operationalize:
-
Core Purpose
-
Core Values (behavior-based, not aspirational)
-
Strategic Anchors
-
6–12 month organizational priorities
Outcome: Your North Star Handbook—the internal compass for decisions, hiring, communication, and leadership.
PHASE 4
COMMUNICATION PLAYBOOK
We rebuild how information moves through your practice so clarity doesn’t depend on memory, proximity, or personality.
Outcome: A communication structure that reduces confusion, repetition, and emotional fatigue.
PHASE 5
RETENTION GREENPRINT
We address hiring, onboarding, and retention from a human and structural lens.
Outcome:
-
Hiring scorecards
-
90-day onboarding framework
-
Retention risk analysis
-
Actionable retention plan
PHASE 6
90-DAY INTEGRATION + LEADERSHIP SUPPORT
Change doesn’t stick without reinforcement.
We spend 90 days integrating the work through:
-
Monthly leadership coaching
-
Accountability checkpoints
-
Reassessment of organizational health
Outcome: A practice that actually feels different—not just documented differently.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
Before consulting, I spent a decade as the practice manager of a 27-provider multidisciplinary practice offering therapy, psychiatry, and high-volume psychological testing.
I’ve lived the reality of:
-
Translating between clinicians and admin
-
Navigating leadership misalignment
-
Managing burnout quietly spreading through a team
-
Supporting staff while carrying invisible emotional labor
- Â Holding responsibility for a system that felt fragile at times
That experience shaped everything I do now.
I don’t come into practices as an outsider with theories.
I come in as someone who knows what it feels like when the practice depends on you to stay upright.
THE INVESTMENT
Pricing is based on practice size and complexity.
Base fee: $6,500
-
$300 per staff member beyond the first 5
-
$500 per additional owner beyond 1
Most practices invest between $8,000–$22,000+.
Payment plans are available.
 IF THIS RESONATES
You don’t have to be “ready” in a polished way. You just have to be honest about where things feel heavy.
If your practice is doing good work but struggling internally…
If leadership feels lonely or exhausting…
If you want a structure that supports the humans inside it…
I'M HERE.
You’re welcome to book a free, no-pressure discovery call whenever the timing feels right.
We’ll talk honestly about what’s happening inside your practice—and whether this work is a good fit.
